I know.. I know.. I'm crazy.. but tell me something I didn't know.. Heres more poetry and stuff.. I'm going to try to put my favorite poems from other people on here but they're usually abnormally long like my poem on "expression".. so that would be rediculous.. I'm going to put lyrics and other such things up here too.. fit as much as I can and all.. if you have any lyrics that you know (or think) I'd like and I should put up here.. hand 'em over.. I'll try to fit them on the page so my rediculous list of links doesn't increase.. I'm running out of pages!

Music, the food for memories and associations
Like word plays on feelings and emotions
And it's funny how a song gets to you so deep
You gotta play it over and over and over again
Until it is played out
And the grooves of the record have worn through
And you can't sing along to it anymore

I laugh at how hard I worked to figure out the words
To a song that fit my life so perfectly
Without figuring out my life
And figuring out you

Cuz you affect me like songs spinning in my mind
Like a record baby right round, round, round
Until my skull has worn through
And I can't think of you anymore

But I love how listening to certain songs
Makes me remember you and me
Barreling down the freeway
Drove all night
Laughing, touching and loving
Like it was the end of the world as we know it
And not giving a fuck
Because we were driving
To the beat of the rhythm of the night
To the beat of music and palpitations
Of lost heartbeats that you would fill in me
And me in you
And the music became the soundtrack to our lives

Each verse would make me smile
Raise my hands to snap
And sway back and forth in my seat
Close my eyes and say, that's my jam
Forgetting about all the bullshit of the day
To day on our way to wherever, USA
So long as we were together

And when words just weren't accessible
To express what was going on inside
You would drop an album and push forward
To track 5 and sit back to enjoy the silence
And hope that I could hear
What you were trying to say

Take the stars out the sky for you
There's nothing in this world that I wouldn't do

Each note filling my body and mind
Applying each line to our intertwining lives
And triggering images of you and me
In moments meant just for you and me
Stirring my insides
And dropping my stomach to the ground
Aching to have you inside me again

Because this song makes me cry
This song makes me laugh
This song makes me wet
This song makes me miss you
There's no other way to say it, and I can't deny it
And being next to you isn't close enough
To bridge the gap of this song between us

But what is best about music
Is that no matter where you go
Or what happens between us
We will always have those songs
That remind us of each other
And you will be no further
Than a song away

I can put it in and bring you close
